I am a Clinical Nutritionist & Microbiome Analyst specializing in gut health and other complex conditions using functional testing that is evidence-based and delivers results. I have had personal experience with gut issues and Sibo so improving gut health is extremely important to me. My philosophy is that good gut health is the cornerstone to wellness, and I use Microbiome testing to develop targeted treatment plans that are simple to follow and deliver results. I have completed the Advanced Microbiome course with Dr Jason Hawrelak, and I am an associate of The Microbiome Group practice. I am particularly interested in Autoimmune and Long Covid and their relationship to the Microbiome.
