This policy sets out the conditions that apply to you when making practitioner bookings through our site. By visiting www.biomesight.com, www.biomesight.co.uk or www.biomesight.co.za (our website) and booking a practitioner you are accepting these conditions.

Booking terms

Practitioners listed on Biomesight are independent accredited therapists.

• Biomesight only facilitates the automated introduction via our website and do not offer any related customer services.
• Any bookings and associated appointment fees need to be arranged and settled directly with the practitioner.
• Treatment plans designed by practitioners are their own and have not been reviewed or approved by biomesight.

Information we provide to practitioners about you and your booking.

• We will provide practitioners with your name, email address and any information you enter relating to your request when performing the booking.
• Once an appointment has been arranged, you may additionally choose to share your health profile and test results with individual practitioners.

Further correspondence

• By using our introduction service, you agree to receive follow up emails from the selected practitioner at the email address associated with your Biomesight account.

Misuse policy

• Any users found to misuse our service by sending repeated booking requests and/or not intending to honour requests may have their accounts closed as a result.
