Yes. Your account and practitioner tools are free, your public listing is free and optional, and we don't charge for booking requests.
How does the trial kit work?
On your first order, you can buy up to 4 kits at $79 each. Use them to test your own microbiome or to try Biomesight with a few clients.
How do I get my client voucher?
Request it from your practitioner journey once you've registered: tell us the code you'd like and we'll set it up. Share it with clients so they save on their kit at checkout. The discount depends on your country, and it's higher if you choose not to take commission.
Can you sign a BAA?
Yes. US practitioners can sign our Business Associate Agreement online, directly in their Biomesight account. It's fully automated, so there's nothing to email or wait for. Sign the BAA →
How long do results take?
From when the lab receives the sample: usually 1-2 weeks in the US, Canada and other international markets, and 2-3 weeks in the UK and EU.
How do I get my clients set up?
You can set new clients up from your dashboard and register kits on their behalf, or clients can create their own account and grant you access to their results. Setting up clients →
